1. Information We Collect
- Account & Identity Details: Name, email address, and phone number provided when signing in or issuing airline PNRs and hotel reservations.
- Passenger Manifest Data: Traveller full names, dates of birth, gender, and passport/document details strictly required by airlines (Duffel NDC & ATRIPTech Atlas carriers) and hotel suppliers to issue tickets.
- Payment Confirmation Tokens: Payments are processed directly via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Razorpay and Stripe). VibeMyTrip never stores raw card numbers or CVV codes.
- Optional Coarse Location: Used solely when granted by the user to suggest the nearest departure airport. Never sold or shared with advertisers.
2. How We Use & Protect Your Data
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2/1.3 (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest. VibeMyTrip does not display third-party ads, does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID), and never sells personal data to data brokers.
3. Data Retention & Permanent Account Deletion
You may export your data or permanently delete your VibeMyTrip account, saved co-travellers, and personal records at any time directly inside the app (Profile → Delete Account) or on the web at https://vibemytrip.com/account-deletion.
